Detailed on my recent purchase

I placed an order for the Eucalyptus Mint Soap, a Shea Butter Moisturizing Bar, and a set of Wooden Date Night Dice. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily. Delivery took about 6 days to reach my location in Florida, which is acceptable. The Eucalyptus Mint Soap has a refreshing scent and gives a good lather. The Shea Butter bar feels very moisturizing and doesn't leave any residue. I'd say Handcrafted Soap is a bit more natural and subtle. Buff City feels a bit more commercial to me, with bolder scents. Both are good, just different styles.

They're both good quality. Handcrafted Soap feels a little more artisanal and simple, which I prefer. Less overwhelming scents than Buff City sometimes.

Most places won't take back opened personal care items for hygiene reasons. If it's sealed, you should be fine, but probably not if you've already used it.

I think they're actually made by hand. The FAQ on their site mentions it, and the bars I got definitely looked unique, not like factory pressed stuff.

Yeah, I read somewhere they use the cold process method, which is a pretty hands-on way to make soap. Doesn't seem like a big corporate thing.

My face usually reacts to everything but the eucalyptus mint bar was fine. I'd imagine the charcoal one would be too since it's generally for detoxing without harsh chemicals.
